Shipping Information

FormulaMod ships worldwide. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days and arrive on the timelines below. We choose carriers based on destination and parcel size — typically DHL Express, FedEx International, UPS, and EMS for international orders.

Order Processing Time

Standard orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after payment clears. Distro plates and other made-to-order items may add 2 to 5 business days; the lead time is shown on the product page where applicable. Pre-orders ship as soon as stock arrives, with regular email updates.

Estimated Delivery Times

Transit times are estimates from the date of dispatch and depend on customs clearance and carrier load.

  • North America (US, Canada, Mexico) — 5 to 10 business days via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority.
  • Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway) — 5 to 12 business days via DHL Express or FedEx.
  • Asia-Pacific (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand) — 4 to 10 business days.
  • Middle East and Africa — 7 to 18 business days, depending on country and customs.
  • South America — 10 to 25 business days, with longer customs clearance in some countries.
  • Rest of world — please contact us for a specific quote.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and the carrier service selected. We do not mark up shipping — the price you see is what we are charged by the carrier.

Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number, emailed to you the moment your label is generated. International tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to populate fully as the parcel moves through the origin facility.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside our origin country may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, or other taxes set by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order or shipping price.

Some carriers (notably DHL and FedEx) will collect duties at delivery; others may require you to file a customs declaration. If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, the cost of return shipping and any incurred fees will be deducted from any refund.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, including phone number — most international carriers require a working phone number for customs and last-mile delivery. We can correct addresses before dispatch but cannot reroute a parcel that has already shipped without a carrier reroute fee.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email customerservice@formulamod.com with your order ID and photos of the package and damage. We will open a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Restricted Destinations

A small number of destinations cannot be served reliably due to carrier limits, sanctions, or customs restrictions. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please email us and we will tell you whether a workaround is possible.
