Response Time
We reply to all customer emails within 24 to 48 business hours. We are based in a UTC+8 timezone, so if you write us late on a Friday in North America, expect a response Monday or Tuesday your time. Complex technical questions occasionally take an extra day if we need to test fitment ourselves — we would rather get the answer right than fast.
What to Include in Order or Support Emails
Including the right details up front cuts the back-and-forth and gets your issue resolved on the first reply.
- Order ID — visible in your account dashboard and order confirmation email.
- SKU or product link — for the specific item you are asking about.
- Photos — clear, well-lit photos of any defect, damage, or fitment issue. Include a photo of the original packaging if the problem is shipping-related.
- Description of the issue — what you expected, what actually happened, and any relevant build context (motherboard, GPU model, loop layout).
Pre-Sale Technical Questions
We strongly encourage you to email before you order if you are unsure about anything. Common pre-sale questions we are happy to answer:
- Compatibility — does this GPU block fit my exact card revision? Will this distro plate clear my motherboard heatsinks?
- Thread and port pitch — G1/4 questions, port count, fitting depth.
- Custom builds — distro plate design consultations, multi-GPU server loops, AI training rig cooling.
- Stock and lead time — for items marked as backordered or pre-order.
- Bulk and B2B orders — datacenter and integrator pricing.
Order Status
You can track your order any time by signing into your account. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your order ships.
Mailing Address for Returns
Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Email us to start a return — we will issue a return authorization and the correct return address based on the item.
